Warren worked for Bay State Grinding Wheel Company and has sold all types of cutting tools throughout his illustrious career. Even though he says he has retired, he still comes in and calls on several clients to lend his vast knowledge. He also keeps a hand in the every day running of both companies. His experience is a definite plus for Warren Pouyer, JR and Dave Allen.

Dave has been with Midwest Tool since 1976, working first in the warehouse and then Inside Sales and then Purchasing. Last year he was promoted to President of both companies - Midwest Tool and Brown Machinery. He is involved with Payroll, Accounting and Receivables - most anything in the office.

JR, as he is known, has been associated with Midwest Tool most of his life. His father, Warren Pouyer, SR, bought the company in 1968. JR attended South County Tech and has a very broad knowledge of abrasives, as well as pneumatic tools - since most of his time is spent with the car plants in St. Louis. He knows quite a bit about cutting tools and machining, as well.

Pat came on board with Midwest Tool in 1985 and has been in outside sales ever since. She has an uncanny ability to search out and find sources for almost any question her customers require of her. If she does not know the answer to the question - she most definitely can find the answer. Midwest Tool only wishes we could clone her, 5 more just like her would be great!

Bill came to Brown Machinery in 2000, bringing with him some vast experience in both machinery and band saw cutting. Bill was the factory man for Cooper - Nicholson for many, many years. He commands a large knowledge of band saw machines and their use and the blades - carbon, high-speed steel and carbide tipped.
